The Journey
The Journey
A goal is the compass that guides our journey. A clear goal enables us to focus and separate the important from the insignificant. It’s not just something we wish to achieve, but our "why", the inner need that propels us forward. A goal that is not merely a desire, but the reflection of our deeper self, is the driving force that provides the energy to keep going, even when the path seems difficult.
The purpose of life is not merely survival, but fulfilling the purpose of our existence.. True life begins when we realize that our existence is not accidental and that we have something unique to experience and also share with the world. Purpose lies beyond the mundane, deep within our soul, and it emerges only when we take time to connect with that "greater" part of ourselves.
Attention is a powerful, in fact the most intimate power of the self, yet a very slippery one. In our times, distractions are countless and constant. However, spiritual focus requires understanding that results in inner mastery. Our mind can become either a weapon or a trap, depending on who is using it …the true self or our illusionary one, our habits. Accordingly we direct it. When we consciously choose to focus on what is essential, we avoid the trap of shallow consumption and instead concentrate on true meaning. A focused mind is the reflection of having come back to our original, true self.
Determination is not just the will to succeed, but the ability to remain committed to our path, even when circumstances are not favorable. The power of determination lies in our ability to continue without being swept away by disappointments or failures or any other kind of side scenes. When there is consistency, the outcome is inevitable. Spiritual determination does not acknowledge limitations – the spiritual path is for those who are not afraid to walk steadily toward their truth.
The need for new horizons is not just external, but internal as well. When we begin to see the world with fresh eyes, we recognize that there are countless horizons within us that we could explore. The spiritual quest is not a process that ever stops – there are always new aspects of the self and the world to be discovered. Rediscovering the self requires recognizing our limits and daring to transcend them.
Introspection, that is giving the light of our attention to our inner, invisible world is not merely a habit or practice – it is the primary way that allows us to recognize the invisible paths of our soul. In the inner silence, you can hear the deepest needs of yourself and recognize the truths hidden behind thoughts and emotions. When you look within with care, you not only find your shadows but also the light that guides you.
Time is a precious gift available to us, yet we often let it slip away without realizing it. Awareness of the higher purpose of my life and using my time towards fulfilling this purpose is the best use of time. Every moment we live with awareness and clear aim is a moment not wasted. The true value of time lies not in its quantity but in the quality of our experience. If we do not spend our time on meaningful goals, it becomes just a series of moments that leave no mark.
